New Zealand Dart Masters 2026

It was a strong showing from the Shot Darts team at the 2026 New Zealand Darts Masters, with Haupai Puha, Jonny Tata and Raymond Smith taking to the World Series stage in Auckland.

Haupai Puha pushed Jonny Clayton all the way in a thrilling first-round battle, narrowly going down 6–5.

Jonny Tata faced world No. 2 Gian van Veen, going down 6–1 after earning his place on one of the biggest stages in New Zealand darts.

And what a run from Raymond Smith! Raymond produced a huge 6–2 victory over Stephen Bunting, followed by a 6–3 win over Adam Leek to reach the semi-finals. His run eventually came to an end against Gerwyn Price, going down 7–2 after a brilliant showing on the World Series stage.

Reaching the final four of a World Series event was a fantastic achievement and another strong showing from Raymond on the international stage.

At Shot Darts, we couldn’t be prouder of Haupai, Jonny and Raymond, and the way they represented themselves, their families, New Zealand and Shot Darts on the New Zealand Darts Masters stage.

Australian Dart Masters

Following the New Zealand Darts Masters, Raymond Smith was joined by fellow Shot players Joe Comito and Tim Pusey at the Australian Darts Masters in Wollongong. All three faced tough first-round opposition, with Raymond going down 6–3 to Gian van Veen, Joe falling 6–2 to Damon Heta and Tim losing 6–0 to an in-form James Wade.
