Practise routine

When I practice, I like to feel relaxed. With this in mind, I come to the board with no need of throwing good shots, but instead I try to find a relaxed feeling where my arm only wants to do the right shot. This helps me not only to prepare but to get myself out of bad habits as well.

I also think a good way to help get into practice mode is to envision myself in an intense match, whether or not my imagination is on stage play or floor play.

I never keep practising if my head isn't into it or if I'm not feeling well, for I find this is called practising bad habits, and we do not need bad thoughts in our head when it comes to the real game
